Welcome friends!Thank you for signing up for a year of C.S. Lewis! I don't think any of us will be disappointed. As I've been preparing for this class, I have gotten more excited. Lewis really was an amazing writer over so many different genres and ideas. I feel like we are getting to know an extraordinary human by diving into these writings. If you want a sneak peak at the curriculum, check out the layout I sent off to the UC system for accreditation approval. (You will have an official "B" elective credit on your transcript.)
Also, don't forget to begin the summer reading. The Chronicles are quite easy and I wanted you to enjoy them without the pressure of school. I don't particularly mind if you want to watch the three that are movies, but keep in mind that The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is a bit better in print than on screen.
